He's famous for his unusual approach to millinery and with Minotaur horns and a creepy mask among his latest offerings, it would appear that Charlie Le Mindu is still intent on introducing some silliness to the fashion world.
While Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld was lapping up the applause following a hugely successful and searingly stylish show, Le Mindu sent models wearing nothing but hats and gold body paint down his runway.
Le Mindu, who counts eccentric singer Lady Gaga among his fans, has caused controversy in the past, most recently when he sent completely naked models down the catwalk during a London Fashion Week show.
Among his most famous designs have been a bizarre horned headdress that resembled Ancient Greek depictions of the mythical Minotaur - a ferocious monster that demanded seven young men and women from Athens each year until meeting a sticky end at the hands of Greek hero Theseus.
